Silver mining started in Saxony early in the 12th century. The miners longing for light and their faith in religion inspired them for the whole range of Christmas decoration. Selling the famous Christmas cake became the basis for the oldest Christmas market in Germany.

I take on a tour which explains all these tradions and further on I can arrange a vsiit to a stollen bakery!

Don't miss it- it is unique!

Welcome to the Christmas city of Dresden!
Yours faithfully, Heidi
