Why did I stay in Sardinia? Because of it's authentic people, landscape, history and excellent local products like wines and cheeses, there is always something new to discover. I have been working full-time as a guide from 2003, at first working for several local excursion companies. In 2011 I started working for my own account under the name Tour Sardinia.
Sardinia is known for it's beaches and the Costa Smeralda, but that's just the start of this mini continent, just a stones throw away there are bronze age monuments and vineyards waiting to be discovered.
I like to show you all these interesting sides of Sardinia, all ingredients of this blue zone, where people tend to live longer.
So if you have some time on your hands to visit Sardinia let me prepare a program for you and let's go out there together!
A Recent Review of this guide
Robin opened our eyes to the remarkable Costa Smeralda. Fantastic tour with a delightful man: smart, informative, pleasant, wonderful to be around. We saw Bronze age buildings, primitive country-side, and the playground for the rich and famous on the coast. Robin arranged one of the best meals we had in our two week trip to Europe: private visit to a family restaurant. Sweeping views of the country-side. Home made pasta, wine, desserts. A visit with the chef. Brilliant. We are planning to return.
