Ready to go one step deeper? I'm taking you on a tour across the bay of Kaštela: Split on the south-east, Salona on the north-east, Trogir on the west and Kaštela on the north.
Split is a town which has a heart right in its centre, and the heart still beats. . . 1 700-year-old Roman palace, Diocletian's palace, and the town that was formed in it and around it. . . if you walk alone, you might be lost in a maze of these ancient streets. . .
Trogir is one of the first Greek colonies on the Adriatic coast. This small town-island was declared the most beautiful town-island in the world by National Geographic, and it is is also known as town-museum. The whole island is UNESCO protected. Medieval streets will take as on tour through 2 500-year-old history. . .
Ruins of ancient Salona are actually the place where it all started: Illirian port, Greek colony and Roman town-Diocletian's hometown.

Salona ruins tour, and drive through Kaštela with the stop at the 1 500-year-old olive tree and Vitturi castle.
Drive Split-Trogir is about 40 minutes and Salona-Split about 15 minutes. Kaštela is the town we drive through on the way to Trogir.
Since the tour is long some time to eat lunch or sandwich is included (the price of the lunch/sandwich is not included).
