Colorado is an absolutely stunning place to visit, and as a guide I love to share it with people, because the state's rich and storied history combined with its natural beauty make every day and every tour a unique adventure. Whether I'm guiding a wilderness hike, a brewery tour, a yoga class in nature or a wildflower photography trip, every tour is steeped in the unique milieu of Denver's cultural crossroads and Colorado's awe-inspiring natural and geologic beauty.
Come take a tour with a native Coloradan! I have spent 30+ years exploring Denver and the Rocky Mountains. I'll tell you stories of star-studded skies on the open prairie, death-defying mountain climbs and lonely journeys across vast mountain wildernesses. I am available to take you to the top of Pikes Peak or the bottom of the Royal Gorge, to take you on a tour of Rocky Mountain National Park's endless wildlife or Denver's rich frontier-town heritage. I am flexible and adventurous, and always excited to take YOU somewhere new - special requests are welcomed!
Did you know?
Colorado: from the Spanish "to turn red" as in "¡Me pones Colorado!" Hence, people like me who are from the centennial state are called Coloradans, and not Coloradoans. Would you like your tour in Spanish? I have two years of Spanish at the University of Colorado at Boulder and I would relish the opportunity to tour with you in Spanish.
Besides guiding, I am a dedicated yoga practitioner. I also enjoy rock climbing, mountain biking and snowboarding. I spend several months each year exploring the outdoors, and I am constantly looking for new places to take my tour guests.
Did you know green chili is Colorado's unofficial state food?
My heritage is Italian, and I love to eat. To this end, the diverse food and drink available in Denver is one of my passions. Denver is host to half a dozen homemade ice cream shops, several rooftop patios, a couple great Mexican restaurants and one absolutely to die for Italian hole-in-the-wall. If this piques your interest, don't hesitate to ask me for recommendations on where to eat.
Thank you for considering me as your guide! I heartily invite you to take a route with me, I promise an experience you'll never forget!
A Recent Review of this guide
Kyle was very friendly and adaptable to our needs. His knowledge about the tour details was outstanding. He was very respectful and considerate considering that we are not Americans. His driving was very appropriate and good. Considering the limits of the tour at the time (some areas were closed due to weather issues), he did a very good job!
