Giraffe Center, Elephant Orphanage, Maasai Market, Lunch in a Floating Restaurant.
Since its founding in 1899, Nairobi has largely transformed its face and value from a place where the local Maasai community used to herd their cattle to East Africa's largest economic hub. With a population of about 4 million people and situated 1795M above sea level, the City is the largest contributor to Kenya's economy. A 2019 report by the World Economic Forum ranked Nairobi as Africa's most dynamic city. You will love the ambiance of a fast-growing African city that strives to conserve its natural resources amidst technological and population dynamics. The David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, Giraffe Center, Floating restaurants, Maasai Market, a tour of the central business district (CBD), and the amazing local foods will prove to you why Nairobi is truly the green city under the sun.
