The Nation's Capitol with a private guide
You'll see such fabulous and famous sites in Washington where I have been a Licensed Guide for several years.
The Nation's Capitol is one of the most amazing places to visit in America. You know it from TV News, movies and perhaps TV Series. You can feel the sense of political power on every corner.
This is one wonderful and beautiful city. I will make sure you experience it to the fullest.
Today we will be in the two best cities in America; Washington DC and New York City!
We depart from Penn Station and head south on Amtrak to the Nation's Capitol and before noon we're in the famous town planned by George Washington and Pierre L'Enfant.
You will see the Capitol Building, the White House, Pennsylvania Avenue, the beautiful Union Station, impressive memorials; including the Korea, Vietnam and Lincoln Memorials. Not to be missed is Ford's Theater where President Abraham Lincoln was assassinated.
Time permitting you will enjoy the famous Smithsonian Museums where you can spend at least a week but I will bring you to the most interesting ones and bring you to the best exhibits.

Excellent tour. Our guide, Remo was extremely knowledgeable & this made the tour all the better & he kept it exciting. Would highly recommend Remo, went out of his way to ensure that we covered everything that we were supposed to despite the freezing cold weather. The travel via Amtrak was do comfortable as well. Even showed us how to eat lobster...thanks Remo.
