Enjoy a private guided daytrip from Mexico City
With beautiful gardens, restaurants and a delightful climate, Cuernavaca is a lovely side-trip from Mexico City. It has preserved some of its colonial monuments, including the Cathedral and the Borda House. The Palace of Cortes is a must-see, with murals by Diego Rivera celebrating Mexico's indigenous heritage and Revolutionary heroes. Xochicalco is only 30 min south of Cuernavaca and it is a lovely archaeological site on top of a hill. Tepoztlan would be our lunch stop, facing it's dramatic scenery.
