That passion for food became hungry for sharing with the different cultures all the knowledge I had of mine.
Thanks to my curiosity, to a proactive attitude and to an open mind, I acquired the necessary experience to be able to turn a dream into a philosophy of life.
Living in different countries and many cities taught me the goodness of each of them, and highlighted even more the virtues of my land.
Now I dedicate myself to show a part of the history througth the gastronomy of my city, a centuries-old culinary tradition, and a food that still tastes to hungry to know more about Córdoba and Andalusia.
