How to mix business with pleasure.
Ottawa's new convention destination, the Shaw Centre, plays host to hundreds of events every year. We also have other venues, such as the National Conference Centre where professionals gather to solve the problems of the world. If this is your first time in Ottawa, take a little time to see what else the Nation's Capital has to offer. If you are a convention organizer, you should consider including a tour on your program of events. This could be for your delegates, or their partners who may have time on their hands. At ToursByLocals, we can customize such a tour for you, for groups large or small.
After their convention or conference, some people may check out of their hotel at noon and not have a flight out of the city until much later. Let me help fill in the time with a city tour that has a final stop at the airport, saving you the cost of cab fare.

The itinerary will change according to how much time you wish for your tour. See my suggested sites listed in my other tours.
The different seasons all have their own attractions. It could be VIP seating on Parliament Hill for the Changing of the Guard, skating on the canal at Winterlude, a fall foliage trip to the Gatineau Hills, a guided tour of Rideau Hall, and much much more.
