We start with Livadia Palace, the former summer residence of the Russian Tsars. In February 1945 a historic summit of three anti-Hitler coalition member states: the USSR, the USA and Great Britain took place here.
Photostop for observing the Swallow's Nest Castle and visit to the Castle. The small castle sits precariously on top of the 130 foot Aurora cliff and appears to be ready to fall into the Black Sea at any moment!
Lunch at one of the local restaurants.
Our tour continues in Vorontsov Palace in Alupka. Built in the middle of 19th century to the design of Edward Blore, one of the best English architects, the palace has an unusual design and original architecture. During Yalta Conference it served as the residence of Sir Winston Churchill and his English delegation.
Our day and the time we start the tour is flexible and is meant to accommodate your schedule and interests.
