Cristina was brilliant - good pace and delivery. She recounted interesting stories about the various buildings and squares which took us back in time to much better appreciate the architecture and paintings on the buildings. Along the way, she also gave us a good flavour of Swiss culture, history and way of life - all delivered with such enthusiasm. I was also impressed that she came prepared with charts to better illustrate some of her commentaries - the only guide we met on the trip that did so.
