Massimo was very good and easy to work with. Only problem was not him but the Cinque Terre. We had been there 10 years ago and it has changed all for the terrible. too crowded all tourist shops and the beauty is no longer there. Would ot suggest this tour to anyone, but the guide Massimo is excellent.
