In 1967, "The Picasso" started it all. Today, Chicago is full of artwork and you don't have to pay an admission to a museum to enjoy it. This 2-hour walking tour will take you to public plazas as well as hidden spaces that hold sculptures, mosaics, stained glass, metal work, blown glass, tapestries and fountains. I will take digital pictures and videos of you at each location and download them for you.

This is a 2-hour walking tour. We will go at a pace comfortable for you. We can cover as much as a couple of miles or as little as a couple of blocks. In any case there is much to see and do in the great city of Chicago.

Meeting Location + Tour Duration

Meeting location: We will meet in the Randolph Street lobby of the Chicago Cultural Center (the former Chicago Public Library) at Randolph Street and Michigan Avenue. I can provide directions from your hotel. I can also arrange to meet you at your downtown hotel.

End location: We will return to the starting point. I will provide directions back to your hotel.

Duration: 2 hours

Our walking pace wlll determine the number of sites visited.


This is a leisurely walking tour. You can choose to cover as little as a few city blocks or a couple of miles. Our pace will determine the number of sites visited.

What’s Included

Other: You will receive a welcome packet at your hotel. I provide bottled water for each guest. I will take digital photographs and videos of you at each location and download them to you. Each guest will receive a Chicago post card of a Chicago landmark to keep as a souvenir or to mail to someone back home.
