A tale of two Cities!
These contrasting destinations offer an incredible trip through two thousand years of British history! From the Roman invasions in ancient times, the reign of the Tudors, the slave trade, two world wars and of course to the recent award of Liverpool as the European Capital of Culture in 2008 (and its waterfront being designated as a world Heritage sight) throw in the Beatles story and you know you are in for a great day!
We visit all the landmark places that form the culture, music, architecture and history of the two cities with expert commentary along the way from your local historian, Liverpool nut and true Beatles fan!
