Our tour guide Rafael treated us so well and provided wonderful information about his country. He made us feel safe and secure since we had never traveled to Columbia before. The tour itself was unbelievable, the people were kind and real. It did not feel like they were putting on a show. We never felt pressured to buy or tip. We did of course and hopefully to their liking. My daughter was a little apprehensive about going in the volcano but she did great and overall enjoyed the tour.
