Before I came to Ireland I worked with Siemens AG in Munich in customer service.
After attending a computer course here in Ireland I got employed by Scotts Horticulture Ireland where I worked as customer service agent. I am also a qualified transport manager for haulage and for passenger transport. I am now a full time tour guide and own a luxurious minibus licensed for 8 passengers. I have a passion for local and national history, attend history festivals and presentations whenever I have time to do so.
I am involved in a local group recording and preserving ancient graveyards.
I also love networking both online as well as "real" and therefore I built up an network of useful contacts and friends.
I am a member of the Chamber of Commerce in Carlow and like to support charity events.
My hobbies are travelling, history, line dancing and socialising. I started to learn Irish (Gaelic) four years ago which gives me an insight in place names.
