Take this 8 hours private tour to the world famous Cape of Good Hope.
Join me on the most popular day trip Cape Town has to offer. We start our day with a scenic drive on the Atlantic Seaboard with white sandy beaches and magnificent mountain backdrops which affords one the opportunity to spot whales, dolphins and cape fur seals. After a windy climb we descend into the leafy town of Hout Bay, and then onto Chapman's Peak, rated one of the best drives in the country and likened to the Amalfi coast. This brings us to the highlight of our trip Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and Cape Point. A drive through the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve gives visitors the opportunity to spot buck, baboon, cape mountain zebra and over 250 bird species. A short walk or ride on the funicular takes us to the top lighthouse of Cape Point and gives us stunning views of 200m sheer cliff drops and False Bay. After lunch at Cape Point we visit the famous Boulders penguin colony, take a drive through Simon's Town, the historic old naval base and end off on the 'old road' back toward Cape Town.
