After having pursued a diverse career path, traveling and even working abroad, I finally found my place in tourism 12 years ago. It was almost by coincidence I realized I wanted to be a tour guide when I was showing my city to some foreign friends that were visiting Argentina for the first time. I immediately found incredibly rewarding to be able to share my country with visitors from around the world and be able to have an impact on how they perceive our culture and how much they enjoy their vacation. After this, I got myself to study tourism and I got my credential.
My knowledge, enthusiasm and communication skills have allowed me to act confidently as a tour guide ever since and it gave me the opportunity to do what I enjoy the most: sharing my city with people from all over the world.
I can accommodate large groups, with a private transportation.
Walking tours are also available, combined with public transportation when needed.
Tailor-made tours are welcome and can be arranged to meet your needs and interests.
The goal is that you enjoy Buenos Aires at your own pace, getting the most of your visit and a great time!!
A Recent Review of this guide
Our small group had a wonderful time with Mariana. Very informative, especially at the Recoleta Cemetery which is a must see in Buenos Aires. We took the tube train (subway) to another part of the city where we saw the famous 'Pink House' amongst many other interesting buildings and sites. Mariana was very helpful in getting us a taxi to take our tired feet back to the hotel. Since none in our group spoke Spanish it was comforting to know that the taxi was credible and we wouldn't be taken 'for a ride'.
