Introduction to Buddhism
Buddhist meditation practices are techniques that encourage and develop concentration, clarity, emotional positivity, and a calm seeing of the true nature of things. By engaging with a particular meditation practice you learn the patterns and habits of your mind, and the practice offers a means to cultivate new, more positive ways of being.
I will take you to the one of best Buddhist Meditation center in Mcleodganj and an introduction about Tibetan Buddhism will be given.
Day Tour: After breakfast you will be taken to the Buddhist Meditation center and an introduction sessions about the Meditation will be organized for 2 hours.
After session we will visit to Dalai lama's Temple followed by visiting Chk-Ling Monastery.
Visit to Norbulingka, Karmapa Monestery and Dorzong Monastery will be organised to understand the different Buddhist Sects.
Evening back to Mcleodganj about 6 p. m.
