Shore excursion to see the highlights of Bruges in max 6 hours
Walking along the maze of winding cobbled alleys and romantic canals of Bruges, you imagine yourself to be in medieval times.
A typical day Bruges city walk includes the major highlight: the church of Our Lady and the Statue by Michaelangelo (Monuments'Men movie); the Market Square with the Belfry and the Town Hall Square (Burg) with the Chapel of the Holy Blood. We shall stroll by the Lake of Love (Minnewater) and the peaceful Beguinage cloister.
Pick up from the cruiship, driving to historical center, visiting Main Market Square, Burg Square, the Beer Wall, Church of Our Lady, Canals, St John's Hospital & Memling Museum, Gruuthuse, Beghinage, Minnewater (lake of love), Belfry Tower, Main Square, Cathedral, etc. . Optional 30-minute canal cruise, back by car to the cruiship after the historical walk

Roland was the consensus best tour guide our three person group had during our 12 day Baltic cruise. He drove us to and from the cruise port; He was prompt, very friendly, very knowledgeable and he spoke fluent English. He showed us all around Bruges His tour included a stop at one of their oldest breweries, a tasting at a delicious Belgium chocolate store, a tasting of the best Belgium waffle we have ever had and a delicious lunch of Belgium Beef Stew. I strongly recommend Roland as a tour guide.
