Then we'll visit some of Boulder's best overlooks in its 35, 000 acres of open space and miles of hiking trails. Besides its natural beauty, top Boulder attractions include the pedestrian Pearl Street Mall, with its landmark Hotel Boulderado, Boulder Theater and Courthouse. John was friendly, flexible, and has so much knowledge of the area that he imparted at every opportunity - we learned so much! We spent the day in the Rocky Mountain Park and John took us to many wonderful viewing areas, helped us with equipment for some of the hikes and happily spent a long day with us; he went above and beyond - it was the very best birthday I could ever have asked for!
