An all-day tour of Cape Cod; all the way from Plymouth to Provincetown!
This an all-day, 10-12 hour tour. We begin our journey where the U. S. began: Plymouth. You will visit the iconic Plymouth Rock and the Mayflower II before we pass over Cape Cod Canal and continue our drive along Cape Cod Bay. Continuing on the Mid-Cape Highway, we will head towards Provincetown, seeing beautiful beaches, picturesque lighthouses, and famous historical sites along the way. The Pilgrim Monument is a particularly wonderful stop.
There is such an incredible amount of sights to see! On the return trip, we visit Chatham Light near the "elbow" of the Cape, and look out on a spectacular view of Nantucket Sound. Optional spotlights include a visit to the JFK Hyannis Museum or my lecture about the pilgrims and my distant ancestor (wink) Captain John Smith, who dubbed this area "New England. " You will leave this tour as an expert of the Massachusetts coast, or as Smith referred to it, "the Paradise of the Region. "
Please see tour description above for details and sequence. Like all my tours, I am happy to make adjustments as necessary depending on the weather, traffic, and of course, your preferences/interests.

we had our 13 year old granddaughter on this special trip, Smitty thought about her and listened to her all day, so she really learned a lot about the Revolutionary War and the Pilgrims, just before she studies them next year-- a great day with a very good guide!!
