We were stuck in Ireland due to weather and had no tours for this day. I e-mailed Mary the night before we were to dock and she arranged an wonderful tour for the ten of us. She was there on time didn't rush us, was knowledgeable and catered to all of our needs. She made what could have been a nightmare into a wonderful for myself and my family
