My private tours in London are conducted in the ideal vehicle to enjoy sightseeing - a licensed Mercedes London taxi. There are lot's of stops on the London tours and the occasional short walk or walks around the attractions. Tours outside London generally involve a walking tour at our location or attraction.
We'll always have plenty of opportunities to stretch our legs and take photos as I highlight the features of each stop. I talk a lot about everything and welcome questions from curious clients.
I have been a tour guide since the dawn of the 21st century! and have four guiding qualifications:
The City of London, City of Westminster, London Taxi Guide and St Paul's Cathedral.
I have a History BA too, so deep background knowledge. I am a real licensed London taxi driver as well, having completed the world famous 'Knowledge of London' in 2000.
I'm also a published London historian. My book is called: 'Guildhall. City of London'. It's a history of one of London's oldest buildings (600+ years) and yes the book is quite niche, but Guildhall is publicly accessible, free and worth a visit, possibly during one of my London tours.
I hope you'll agree that I've put together a nice selection of tours to help us explore the best of London and the English countryside:
London Highlights, Beatles + Rock'n Roll, Horror, Stonehenge, Hampton Court Palace, Cambridge, Oxford, Salisbury, Bath and the beautiful English Countryside.
Door-2-Door Service (pick up and drop off anywhere in central London).
My Vito London taxi is from 2017, clean, air-con, has wifi, six passengers max. London taxis are fully wheelchair accessible and disability travel-friendly (ramp, hand bars). Bottled water always available.
A Recent Review of this guide
We enjoyed everything about this tour. Graham is an incredible guide, not only knowledgeable but extremely kind and fun. He made sure that we visited all the sites we requested and more. This was our first trip to England. We were traveling with 2 teens and 3 adults, one who has limited mobility and is in a wheelchair. The car is wheelchair accessible and Graham ensured she could see everything in the tour. I would recommend this tour. If we return to London we will book another tour with Graham
