Discover one of the largest biological reserves in North Africa during this private tour
Morocco is one of North Africa's best birding locations. These sites are often very different from those found in neighboring Europe.
First, we'll drive to the small fishing village of Moulay Bousselham, we'll have a comfortable mini-van with a professional driver, it's a three hour drive.
The tour aims at visiting the site of Merja Zerga (80km/50 miles south of Tangier), which is a habitat for more than 100 species of birds, it is one of the most important wetland sites in North Africa and was declared a Ramsar Wetland of International Importance back in 1980. You will also visit the small fishing village of Moulay Bousselham which looks out over the lagoon, and the near-deserted Atlantic shoreline.
As your private tour guide, I can adjust the schedule, duration and activities to meet your needs. Please let me know of any special requests you have.
