Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, and Hutong with a Private Guide
On this trip, we will walk in the city or take public transportation to look around Beijing. We will visit Tiananmen Square first; it's the largest public square in the world. A lot of famous events have happened here, such as the military parade on Independence Day. You also could see The Great Hall of People on the west, which is the national congress hall, also well know as Chinese "white house".
Forbidden City is the biggest and best preserved imperial palace in the whole world. It used to be the Imperial Palace for the Ming and Qing emperors. The Forbidden City was built in 1420 during the Ming Dynasty and it is also the largest piece of ancient Chinese architecture still in existence today.
After that we go to Hutong area of Beijing city. Hutong is located in the center of city where the old town for the local people to live there. It's about 800 years old where at beginning was called by Mongolians.
In the morning, I will pick you up in the lobby of your hotel. We can walk or take public transportation to go to Tiananmen Square and Forbidden City, according to where is your hotel is located.
Then we take bus or the other local transportation to go to the Hutong area.
After that we will finish our happy tour, if you want to go to any other places or go back to the hotel I can help you to get on the taxi or subway.
Meeting Location + Tour Duration
Meeting location: I will meet you at the lobby of your hotel, or somewhere you want me to pick you up in the city.
End location: Our trip will finish in the Hutong area, if you want to go to anywhere that I can help you to take a taxi or subway.
Duration: 4 hours 30 min.
If our tour is influenced by the weather or a traffic jam, we may take a little bit longer, like 30 minutes or one hour.
We can take public transportation - taxi, subway, walking or public buses.

500 CHINESE MONEY - - The Forbidden City entrance fee is 60 Yuan per person. (about 9 us dollar per person)
- The optional tickets of rickshaw and courtyard is 130 Yuan (about 20 us dollar per person)
- The public transportations fee is 10 yuan to 20 yuan per person.
- It's about 200RMB for the souvenirs and the food in the city .(optional)
I am not a driver. I can accompany you in your vehicle or I can arrange for a separate car and driver.
