Parthenon view without the hiking
We begin with the one of the most interesting museums of Athens, which is focused on the Parthenons marble decoration. In total 4000 exhibits help us understand this famous monument!
Then on foot we continue our walk through a historical neighboorhood, the one of Plaka. As it is the oldest residential area in town, in order to get a sence of orientation, I show you a couple of easy ways to enjoy this stroll and take in Athens's most picturesque part.
We do pass by the ancient and roman Agora, as well as the flea market of the city. A short photo stop on all three spots is included and of cource I ll be there to give you the basic info
Acropolis museum-Plaka area-Flea market, all within the historical centre of the city, easily covered on foot! This tour from the beginning to the end is done in a pedestrian area, so not (that many) cars and scooters around us.
