A day trip in Montepulciano and Pienza: visit the villages, enjoy the food, wine and the views
Discover two Unesco world heritage sites: the town of Pienza, a typical Renaissance village, and Val d'Orcia. Surrounded by spectacular views, in the morning we'll take some time to visit Montepulciano, a characteristic medieval town, and have a lunch break for wine and local food tasting into a historical cellar of a renowned Winery. We'll taste the famous pecorino, typical goat cheese, and drink Tuscan red wine Nobile di Montepulciano.
In the afternoon we'll move to Pienza and visit the village where everything is built to recreate the perfect ideal city of Renaissance: Piazza Pio II, The Cathedral, Palazzo Piccolomini, Palazzo Borgia, Palazzo Comunale.

There is 40 min by car to get to the villages.
We'll get to the villages with a modern comfortable car, with ac, and private driver.
Once we get to the villages, it's a walking tour.
