We had a great tour! Kseniya arranged everything and was expert and friendly! The arranged van was excellent. Palace was crowded (other tourists) but Kseniya got us in quickly. During the tour, Kseniya was patient and flexible and adjusted the tour as we went according to our interest and the weather (it was like she could read our minds). We also saw a neat "hermitage" building used for private Imperial dining with mechanical elevator tables. I had a good feeling as we toured throughout. Great!
