We had a great time with Sinisa in Pisa and Florence. He is an earnest person with detail knowledge who's determined for us to get what we've asked him to customize our tour for. The only thing we feel that might need improving is time management, as the longer time spent in the uffizi might have caused us to not have enough time to visit the accademia (we might not have enough time anyway as there was a large crowd that day but length of time in the uffizi didn't help).
