Alghero's Old Town
In this sensational tour I will take you to visit one of the most enchanting town of Sardinia: Alghero! It is called "Barceloneta" (the little Barcelona) because it was dominated for centuries by Aragonese and Spanish and that left a strong footprint in its architecture, customs and espacially in the language!!
I will take you to discover the old town: we will walk through its cobbled streets,
its churches (Saint Mary Cathedral and Saint Francis Church) and see its main public monuments and historical palaces in the Piazza Civica (Civic Square). We will figure out how this town seems to be a Spanish town not a Sardinian one!
