A monumental and special day
This is one of my favourite tours, as we can go in the countryside.
We will start the day heading to Alcobaça, home to to of the biggest Cistercian communities in Portugal until the 19th century and UNESCO site since 1983. After visiting this beautiful monastery, where the tombs of the most known portuguese lovebirds still are, we will head to Nazaré, an old fishermen's village that became very frequented by the inhabitants of the region that come for its beach.
Our day cannot end without passing by Óbidos, a medieval village surrounded by walls and where the local speciality is the sour cherry liquor in a cup of chocolate!
If you prefer, we can also replace one of the mentioned places by a visit to the Monastery of Batalha. For a customized tour, please message me.

This tour was a wonderful day trip where we saw three wonderful yet very different towns north of Lisbon. One was a classic walled castle town, one a gorgeous architecture monastery, and te third a unique and beautiful seaside town. Well worth doing.
