During my travels, I fell in love with New Mexico and settled here to be able to enjoy this enchanting land every day of my life.
I am a trained archaeologist and a history enthusiast with a special passion for the inhabitants of the American Southwest. I am also a film enthusiast and can incorporate film locations and history in the tour destinations. I enjoy photography as a hobby and can give you guidance and suggestions for taking memorable photos.
I am well-versed in the fun and rigors of traveling. My goal as a local tour guide is to help people plan and book their dream vacations in New Mexico. I have been offering personal tours to guests and immersion in the cultures of the Land of Enchantment for 20 years. I currently live in Albuquerque and have also lived in Santa Fe.
I enjoy sharing the traditions, culture and history of this beautiful land.
Whether we are touring Albuquerque, taking a mountain hike or visiting a historic site, I will offer you a first-hand perspective and wonderful adventure. As a New Mexico insider guide, I welcome you to join me and start making your memories.
A Recent Review of this guide
This tour is spectacular! Although the geography and the Very Large Array are well worth the trip, Mae, my tour guide, enhanced the trip tenfold. She is not only a very intelligent, well-spoken woman, her expertise as an archaeologist makes this trip so exciting, from the prehistoric significance of the area to the always scintillating topic of UFOs. Her sense of humor is terrific. But the most important thing is that she makes an ethereally beautiful, surreal location and brings it alive!
