As your guide, I will help you discover our amazing perched villages, lavender fields and taste our famous wines and mediterranean cuisine.
I am eager to share the love I have for my region with people from all over the world. I have already lived in other places but 10 years ago, I went back to Provence and settled there for good. I studied English at the universities of Avignon, France, and Galway, Ireland. I was an English teacher during 16 years before becoming an English trainer and a tour guide. I am also very much involved in the social life of my village and I really wanted to propose tours "with a difference". My idea is to guide you throughout my region, in the famous villages of Gordes, Roussillon, Bonnieux, Lacoste and Lourmarin, as if you were locals. Learn about local history and legends, but also about the characteristics of Provençal culture.
Don't miss the opportunity to meet local winegrowers and taste their wines. I am also fond of Mediterranean cooking and know a number of chefs from the region. That's why you could also enjoy the experience of a food and wine pairing, or a Provençal cooking lesson for lunch with fresh and local ingredients from surrounding farms.
I am very enthusiastic when I talk about my region, and I also believe that only "private tours" can make this experience unforgettable, far from mass tourism and crowded places. I speak English fluently and I will, therefore, be able to answer any questions you may have.
So, if my description suits your needs, do not hesitate to contact me for further inquiries. I am looking forward to welcoming you in the Luberon.
