An Introduction to the Icelandic way of living
Join me in exploring Reykjavik.
We can start with pick up at the cruise port, airport (or desired location) and drop off at your ship, or a hotel within Reykjavík, and have a city tour and an introduction to the Icelandic way of living.
A visit to Perlan (The Pearl) will provide you with you a spectacular panoramic view of the city and you will discover the highlights of the city, getting the sense of local activity and possibilities.
Enjoy a cup of coffee, see a museum or stroll around the city center where old meets new.
The itinerary for this tour can vary based on your wishes. Generally it would start with pick up from your location or airport, and if so desired, a ride to the hotel for check in. I will then show you around the city and point out to you some of our sights.
My suggestions for stops include:
- The National Museum
- Hallgrímskirkja, our largest church
- The Pearl, where you can enjoy a great view over the city and nearby mountains and also a nice place for lunch or coffee.
- A stroll around the city center
At the end of the tour I will drop you off at any place you wish.
