The absolute highlights of Oslo city center, with extended visits to City Hall and Opera House
This is a walking tour through Oslo with all historic details, as well as a closer look on the modern city that seems to be under permanent construction.
The tour will include a walk along the main street Karl Johan, outside visits to Royal Palace, Fortress of Akershus, and several other buildings of interest. In addition we will have an indoor extended visit to the City Hall, where the Nobel Peace Prize award ceremony is held, and a walk on the roof of the Opera House. (None of these require admission fees).
The order of sights will depend on our starting point, but as Oslo inner city is rather tiny, we will cover it all - in no hurry, in 4 hours.
