Billabong Saunctary plus Reef HQ Aquiruim

This tour is about discovering and experiencing Australia's Land and Marine animals by visiting 2 of the best facilities of their type in Australia. Billabong Sanctuary has one of the most diverse collection of Australian land animals. The Sanctuary is uniquely set up in a natural bush environment and offers a completely different feel than a concrete zoo. Some of the animals such kangaroo's will come start up to you. Our next stop takes you to visit Reef HQ Aquarium, the largest living reef aquarium in the world and Australia's national aquarium, which is closely aligned with the institute of marine science. Regular tours explaining the exhibitions and the work that is done at the facility. This will provide you with an insight to the great barrier reef and our marine animals. Their are very few places in Australian that can offer this tour combination we complete the day with a drive up to the top of Castle Hill to experience one of the best views on the east coast of Australia before heading for home.


The timings can be changed but as a guide please consider the below;
9. 00am - Pick up (hotel or Cruise Ship Terminal)
9. 00am to 9:30am - Travel to Billabong Sanctuary
9:30am to 11:30am - Experience Billabong Sanctuary
11:30am to 12:00pm - Travel to Reef HQ Aquarium
12:00pm to 2:00pm - Experience Reef HQ
2:00pm to 2:45pm - Experience View from Castle Hill lookout
2:45pm to 3:00pm - Return to your accommodation / Cruise Ship

If you want extra's such as holding a Koloa Bear experience this will cost extra but can be organised during the tour of Billabong Sanctuary this is normal practice at these facilities. The money goes towards caring for the animals
