Uruguay's capital Montevideo, is a vibrant, eclectic place with a rich cultural life, from its industrial port to the exclusive residential suburbs.
The Old City, heart of historic Montevideo, the downtown commercial district, art deco and neoclassical buildings.
Montevideo a relaxed city, 12 miles of white-sand beaches and a Mediterranean climate with delicious meat and a well-preserved culture and architecture that fittingly reflect Uruguay's Italian and Spanish roots.
Punta del Este is one of the world's most sophisticated destinations. The "Saint Tropez of South America", a resort area with miles of beautiful beaches, natural attractions, luxury hotels and restaurants, glittery nightlife casinos and an upscale population.
You'll find beautiful ocean beaches and sumptuous residences among the pines.

Meeting Location + Tour Duration
Meeting location: I meet you at the Cruise Ship Terminal if you are cruisers, at your hotel lobby, at the Carrasco International Airport, at the Ferry Terminal or where you indicate at the time of your scheduled arrival.
If you are cruisers and after the ship docks and you get off, you will have to walk about 150 yards along a path painted green on the floor which leads you to the exit Port blue iron door where all cruisers leave the port. You will see touristic security who may show you the way.
This door is behind some trees next to the Touristic Ministry.
Please see attached photos. I will be waiting for you outside the port next to the door holding a sign with your name. If you don't see me, please give me a personal call
MEETING TIME: Ask about Uruguay's Time.
End location: At the Port Yacare exit door.
Duration: 8 hours
The itinerary is flexible according to your interests, it could not be completed due to weather, traffic , or time conditions.
Tour duration on weekends or out of season as there is less traffic we may see all highlights in a shorter time.
Regarding the number of passengers, it might be a modern car, a Hyundai H1 or a Mercedes Sprinter or similar Van.

Montevideo - P.del Este Ports are restricted areas. All Cruise passengers must walk to the Exit door. So I will meet you Outside the Port.
The vehicle sometimes has to park about a block from the Port exit door at the city street.
