Cambodia is prosperous for its highest civilization in South-East Asia. Over two thousand ancient monuments which used to be religious center still stand today. Cultures, histories, religious conceptions, natures, peace, friendly people and beautiful landscape bring you a great experience and unforgettable moment.
First of all, I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to you. My name is Chamroeun, you can call me John. I was born in Siem Reap, in a floating village called Kampong Kleang which is now also a tourist site. My mother tongue is Khmer, and I also speak two foreign languages, English and Spanish. I have been working as a tour guide since 2014.
In 2009, I received a scholarship from an organization and went to study at the University of South East Asia majoring a bachelor degree of English education in Siem Reap. I was struggling through master degree of TESOL at the same university as well, but unfortunately due to working situation, I suspended it and wait for a suitable time to complete it in the next few years.
During four years at university, I came across a life of study and fruitful work experiences that improved me day by day. I had worked as a teacher in private schools and NGO, a presenter at a provincial radio, a translator and facilitator for volunteers who built houses in rural villages. All of these experiences paved my way to have an interest in and grab a career of being a tour guide. In 2014, I took an exam to become a tour guide in Siem Reap and surrounding areas, I successfully passed it and took a training course for six months.
With my professionalism, I am able to offer you great itineraries, excellent services and enjoyable activities during your stay in Cambodia. All my tours are flexible and open to customization as well.
Finally, I look forwards to hearing any of your inquiries or interests. Please feel confident to book me as your guide, you will definitely have a great holiday.

John, our tour guide, was excellent! He and the driver picked us up in a vintage WW 2 Jeep at our hotel and proceeded to take us on an awesome adventure. His English was excellent and his knowledge of the temples was very extensive. Highly recommended!
