The word Nairobi means cold water in Maasai language, it's the capital city of Kenya and a spring board to Eastern Central and southern Africa. The city has numerous landmark and monuments of historical interests. Basically this is a walking tour around Nairobi. We will visit places like The parliament , The memorial park built in honor of those who lost their lives in 1998 august Terrorist bombing of the US embassy, The kenyatta International conference center, The city Hall, The city market , The National archives, Uhuru and central park all within the city center. We will also have a traditional meal at Ranalo foods Restaurant and if time permits and it's on Tuesday or Saturday we can visit the Maasai market instead of city market. |
