The tour starts with a visit to the top of Table Mountain by using the very modern cable car facility (subject to weather conditions). The view from the top of Table Mountain is unbelievable and on a clear day it is possible to see hundreds of miles away. Upon leaving Table Mountain, we proceed to explore the heart of the City, which includes a visit to the Castle of Good Hope, the oldest structure in Cape Town. Leaving the Castle, you will have the opportunity to view the City Hall, the Grande Parade, the Houses of Parliament, the Company Gardens, bustling Long Street and Greenmarket Square, as well as the very colourful and cultural Bo-Kaap. From here we will proceed to the Cape Town Waterfront, one of our most popular attractions. You will have the opportunity to visit an exclusive Diamond and Tanzanite operation. If arranged, you will have the opportunity to visit Robben Island. Alternatively, we take the opportunity to spend a few hours shopping - what the Cape Town Waterfront is really famous for! |
