The Northern Beaches are home to some of Sydney's most scenic coastline and cleanest beaches. Sand, foreshore, dunes, lagoons and bluffs, rockpools and climbing opportunities... this tour will show you highlights and hidden spots used by us locals in our water-based lives...
Your tour begins with a trip over the Harbour and Spit Bridges, tracing the residential suburbs right up to Barrenjoey Head - where the popular TV show Home & Away is regularly filmed.
Our excursion continues down the coastline to Manly where Captain Arthur Phillip noted the 'manly appearance of the local Aborigines. Along the way we stop at a number of beaches and vantage points including North Head - the gateway from Sydney Harbour to the Pacific Ocean.
This tour concludes with a 1/2 hr ferry return to Circular Quay, admiring the emerging lights of the city skyline. This tour is a great way to remove yourself from the hustle of the city and explore one of the reasons why Australia is so inviting - its beaches. |

| Meet up location: Pickup from your hotel, cruise ship or airport. Pickup from the airport incurs a parking surcharge ($20) to be paid on the day. |

| End location: The Manly Ferry to Circular Quay takes 1/2 hour and takes in the sights of Sydney Harbour at dusk. I will not join you on this part of the tour, however your fare is included. |
