Located in Lapa, the birthplace of Samba, Rio Scenarium is a former antique store turned into a nightclub for the young at heart. A program for all ages. The flamboyant interior decoration features art pieces, antiques, relics and obsolete or undefined items, many of whom were used in scenes of movies shot in the city. This lovely loft of several floors linked by stairs and a belle epoque lift is a perfect place to enjoy the traditional Brazilian Samba and Choro.
The acoustics are excellent and tables placed around the stage, dance floor and upper floors offer good views of all the action. The caipirinhas are an excellent choice and when combined with the selected menu of snacks or dinner, always help swinging the hips of even shy customers.
