John Quigley, United States Feb 22/12 We did not have Michelle as our guide; Rosie was the guide. She was pleasant and informative, and arranged the tour to drop us off at the airport as we had requested when making the booking. Rosie arranged the schedule to miss the early cloud cover on Mt. Wellington. Everything on the tour was good. The only suggestion for improvement has to do with the booking. There was never any confirmation that our request to be dropped off at the airport would be honored, so we were left guessing. With respect to the confusion over the airport drop off, it was noted in the booking request and confirmed by Michelle. She did try unsuccessfully to call and text the Quigleys. We've suggested to her that a quick note of re-confirmation through the message system would be helpful.

Christopher Benjamin May, United Kingdom Sep 21/11 Yes I enjoyed my tour very much & it was very informative & interesting. We looked at the things that were the most interesting to me. Sometimes we went over things a little quicker than I would of liked but I realise there was a time limit & you want to see as much as you can. I did at times find it hard to hear everything Michelle said to me due to her foreign accent.

Larry Donnithorne, United States Jan 19/11 We really enjoyed our day in Hobart with Michelle. She has a fascinating life story, and is a native French speaker who has good English. She was very helpful with lots of information about the city and all its sights. She was flexible and joined right into the spirit of our group. Her timing of our trip up Mt Wellington was a change due to weather, but she worked it out nicely to our advantage. We would recommend Michelle to others visiting either Hobart or that general area of Tasmania.
