Thomas Noonan, United States Apr 19/13 We actually had another guide, Ben Yechouch Mohamed, an eighty-one year old gentleman of great charm and wit who seemed to know everyone in Tangier. He told wonderful stories and showed us everything we wanted to see. I would highly recommend Mohamed as a guide. TOURSBYLOCALS RESPONSE: In the unusual case where a guide can't personally deliver a tour, the traveler is notified in advance and given the opportunity to cancel or accept the substitute.

He is knowledgeable about his country, speaks English well and took us where we wanted to go--shopping in the old market and a local, non-touristy lunch, We were surprised that he hired a car, didn't drive himeself, but that was OK.
