Courtney McRae-Alston, United States Mar 27/13 Daniel took great care of us for the three days that we were in Rio. Though our flight was delayed a few hours, he was right there with a welcoming smile when we came out of baggage claim. Over the next three days, Daniel introduced us to amazing sights, showed us all around Rio and gave us wonderful suggestions for evening activities and shopping. Daniel has a great grasp of American language and culture, so was able to make us feel very welcome and explain things in depth. Thanks for a wonderful time! He took us to all the obvious sites but in addition he took us to sites off the beaten track. It's so refreshing to meet someone who is thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in providing the best possible service he can. He knows all of the best spots in the city and gets you there in record time -- something that is not easy to do in Rio. In fact, he was so helpful, I'm going to request a second tour when I come back to Rio next year. Jan Cobb, United States Jul 4/12 Daniel was great to walk around with. He also had a nice car and drove well to the various locations that we requested. We visited the Santa Teresa area, Sealaron Stairs and had coffee and pastry at the old Colombo restaurant. Daniel was very casual and did not rush us at all. I will use him again on our next visit to Rio.

Eduin Castillo, Canada Mar 2/11 Daniel was an awesome guide. He is a friendly guy with a good sense of humour. One of the things we liked the most about him was his honesty. It was cloudy and rainy the day of our tour. He could have let us go up to sugar loaf and corcovado to spend the day but instead he recommended we came back when it was clear as we would not be able to see anything. He is knowledgable about Rio's history and current events. He left us with a good list of places to visit and tips to help us enjoy our time in Rio. We had already been to Corcovado and Sugarloaf, so he took us to the beaches, the Maracana Soccer Stadium, the Sambodromo and on a walk through downtown Rio. We visited Rio's cultural center, historic churches and stopped for a cafezinio and snack at the beautiful Columbo bakery. Daniel has a vast knowledge of the history and current status of Rio. We thoroughly enjoyed his sense of humor and would highly recommend him as a tour guide!
