Anthony Knox, Ukraine Nov 25/11 Ljuba was great. We had a small school group with kids, and it was a bitterly cold day in Prague. Ljuba was very accommodating to us, as the kids didn't want to be out of the van too long at one time, and we had to be back at our hotel a bit early for a conference we were a part of. Ljuba smoothly handled that and still got us seeing everything that was essential to see in Prague. Thanks to Ljuba, many of us like Prague now, and we will return!
