OVERALL RATING: Mike Wall, United States Jun 15/09 Compared to tours by HAL cruise line, this was a far superior experience. It cost at least 30% less than similar group tours by HAL. Tours By Locals is a professionally ran enterprise. Tatiana (guide), driver and mini-van were superb. On time and made sure we stayed on schedule. We packed more into the first day than planned, making the second day less hurried. Tatiana is a walking encyclopedia. If she has a fault, it's in her rigid delivery style, almost robotic at times, but still highly recommended.
