| Anyone interested in learning about "behind the scenes" of typical tourism history should request Hayden. He knows the city and all of it's special places, hidden treasures and stories of interest to you. Hayden was a pleasure, very informative and insightful to my father's (75) needs as well as my son's (17)needs and balanced them both very well. Hayden answered all of our questions, even the ones before we booked him. We absolutely love Hayden for his passion and we will use him again in a future trip. |

He also educated us on the neighborhoods, took us to several great coffee shops off the beaten path and educated us on the Metro. For someone who had never toured Washington DC before, after a tour from Hayden you feel you are ready to get around town on your own. You need to add Hayden to your list when you are new to Washington, DC. |

| For those new to DC, we recommend this "Intro Tour" on the 1st day of your visit. Hayden has a wealth of historical & architectural information about the city, monuments & buildings. He explained the layout of the city, how to use the Metro & bus systems, which made the following days a snap! We visited some major sites & also a few sites most people would not know existed. He made suggestions of places to visit, restaurants etc..The "Intro" allowed us to plan our subsequent days with great efficiency! TC |

| Hayden was our tour guide for our first full day of touring Washington, DC. He met us at our hotel and was on time. He arranged the day around what we wanted to see and do. In addition to doing the obvious visits to the famous sites, Hayden suggested seeing other things in the city that were equally as interesting but not nearly as crowded. | Hayden was prompt and ready when we met. Best words to describe him were flexible and accommodating. His familiarity of the area made it possible for us to see a maximum of sites in a window of time in our 3 day weekend (full day tour). At every site he had town trivia and/or historical info to share. We were able to travel around the city just like any local because of our guide. We thoroughly enjoyed this trip and wouldn't see another city without a local guide in the future. |
