She was very punctual and provided both a quality tour and worthwhile discussions about Russia, Moscow and the people. I would strongly recommend her for any touring you need. An additional point is she was quite reasonable in cost. She was the lowest price of the guides available and incurred additional expenses such as parking and a Metro pass and did not add the costs to the tour. Very fair
